Refund policy

All of our craft kits are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you. Because of this we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, we're happy to replace the affected item(s). Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage to the item(s), the exterior of the packaging when it arrived and one of the interior of the packaging along with your order number. Once reviewed, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
